Individual and Family Rates

Renewal time nightly rates: two-night minimum  
Ask about our family rates.

Rates include basic stocked kitchen
(pots and pans, coffee pot,  microwave, coffee,
tea, hot & cold cereals, eggs, butter, and sugar), all linens, and towels.
All Rates are per person.

Summer Rates (May – September)
- Lunch and Dinner served         $100 per person/per night
- No food provided                   $  65 per person/per night

Winter (October – April)                                            
- Lunch and Dinner served        $120 per person/per night
- No food provided                  $  85 per person/per night
Daily Rental/Full Day (7 am – 10 pm) with catered food (minimum of ten people)

With lunch                                               $40.00 per person
With Breakfast & Lunch                        $45.00 per person
With Lunch & Dinner                             $55.00 per person
With Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner          $65.00 per person

Morning Snacks                                     $4.00 per person
Afternoon Snacks                                  $5.00 per person
*A snack list will be available upon your arrival

Overnight Retreats: 2 night minimum stay, catered food
(minimum of ten people) @$85.00 per person/per night
